Erasmus program requirements

With the Erasmus Program, requirements to participate by young people can enjoy numerous opportunities for international scholarships in Europe.

From our association, we promote this European funding and we establish the following conditions of participation for the Erasmus Program scholarships:

– The participant must send their CV and motivation letter in English and a registration if one is provided. The absence of these documents will imply that the participant is not yet registered.

– The participant must proceed to the indicated registration payment. This fee of €60 includes Erasmus accident and civil liability insurance and one year of subscription as a member of our association, with the consequent advantages of participation in other international events.

– If the participant is not selected, the participation fee (€80) will be returned in full.

– The deadline for the registration of participants is the one indicated on the page of the scholarship or course or exchange or it ends when the places for the course are filled.

– Scholarships and exchanges will be completed in strict order of enrollment formalization for the Erasmus Program requirements.

– Once the registration is complete, the details of the organization, trip and all the details about the Erasmus course will be provided.

– The registration/subscription will not be refunded as a user of the association if the participant cannot attend the event for reasons of justified and documented cause (illness, death, accident, etc…).

– Participants are required to submit a brief report of less than 500 words on their mobility experience to be published on our website, as well as to disseminate the results of the activity on social networks.

-The fee is not mandatory for long-term unemployed (for this they must attach their unemployment claim or certificate and their DNI or residence permit), although they must pay €60 for the civil liability and accident insurance contracted for them.

-Priority in the scholarships is given to those who have not previously received a scholarship from the Erasmus program equal requirements in one year.

Travel conditions Erasmus program requirements

In most cases, the participant must buy the tickets. In order for the money to be reimbursed, the participant must provide the entity organizing the course with a series of documents:

Conditions for reimbursement of trips under the Erasmus + program
According to the Erasmus Program requirements and its funding rules, we must maintain certain administrative procedures. We ask for your support and cooperation in upholding these rules. Make sure you read and understand the conditions and the procedure that we send to those selected. All trips must be previously approved by the coordinating organization to be valid, we send instructions on how to do this to the selected participants.

– keep your original tickets and receipts, invoices and all related documents, as you can only get reimbursed for costs of which you can prove the amounts with original tickets and receipts. Only the amount written on the ticket will be refunded, that is, if you want your return ticket to be refunded, you must provide it to the coordinating organization. ALL of the following ORIGINAL documents will be required:

– all your tickets and boarding passes

– ticket purchase invoices

– photocopy of passport or identification

What is an invoice to justify for the Erasmus Program?
It is a document, signed and stamped by the seller. The invoice for the fight ticket must contain your name, the place of origin and arrival, the date of travel and the price of the ticket. If these details are missing, no refund can be obtained!

Use your name from their passport, no nicknames!.

An electronic ticket is NOT an invoice! If necessary, call the airline / train / etc, explain the situation and ask them to give you a receipt / invoice with your data.
